Engage in pre-assessment activities including gap analysis against formal certification/appraisal criteria, corrective action completion, and readiness review by institutional leadership. Ensure organizational preparedness before external engagement.
Pursue formal ISO 9001:2015 certification and/or CMMI appraisal through accredited bodies when institutional readiness, operational maturity, and strategic timing support a credible and successful assessment outcome.
